1.  Soba AI  *LF

AI’s soba (noodles made from buckwheat flour) is made from highly selected buckwheat grown in good farming areas in Japan. Buckwheat flour is milled at the restaurant considering the freshness. You can compare the differences in tastes of soba by ordering “Tabekurabe set”, which is well liked by soba fans, because the owner changes how to make soba to maximize its flavor. We recommend you to eat soba in 3 different ways so that you can fully enjoy it. First, soba only, second, put some salt on soba, and third put some soba into soba soup.
